The Division system was set up to encourage multiple ship pillaging and easily organize squads to lead ships (bnav & XO) during a blockade. Now we look at a division as a team of officers who would run a ship together during a blockade.

The positions officers in each division would take up during a blockade are:

Battle Navigator (bnav) - This is the ship's pilot, typically the most fun position but also high pressure.

Executive Officer (XO) - This is the officer who is in control of the personel on the ships, ordering the jobbers to stations, finding good gunners, answering questions, planking boocher/spies. Not as much fun but absolutely necsarry.

The other officers in the lower seats should either be good gunners or back up bnav's or XOs.
