  • Pirates, here’s how you can become an Officer:

  • Gain "Broad" experience in Carpentry, Sailing, Bilge and Gunning. Have "Narrow" status or higher in Navigation (you’ll need ‘narrow’ in bilge, carpentry, sailing and gunning to get a chance to Navigate for the navy) and "Narrow" Status or higher in Battle Navigation (go out on a few 'Defeat Brigands with the Navy' missions. (Good practice at running a boat, you'll need 'narrow' in Navigation and a Pirate badge to open this mission up.))

  • Gain the Captain’s favor

  • Get a labor badge and take a job at 3 of our stalls. (Check here to see where help is most wanted.)

  • Officers, here's how you can become a Fleet Officer:

  • Exhibit crew loyalty by staying with the crew for a couple weeks and by following our rules.

  • More merchant-minded Pirates can attain the rank of Fleet Officer by opening up a shop or stall on an Island benifitial to the crew and demonstrate their leadership by using the shop or stall for the benefit of the crew. Post here where your shop is and how many employees you have to get listed in the Flag registry.
  • Fleet Officers, here's how you can become a Senior Officer:

  • Be available for blockades and join a division.

  • Or demonstrate a consistent willingness to lead pillages by our rules.

  • Or gain "Solid" experience in the piracy puzzles.
