The Yellow Turbans of Sage

No more Turbans... for now

I'm sure everyone already knows this but the Yellow Turbans are sadly no longer active. Thanks to all who supported me and made my two years on Sage some of the most entertaining, fufilling gameplay I've ever experienced.

We had great numbers for our attack on Ventress but still came up a bit short. Please look forward to our next attack!

One Year of pirating

On the 31st we celebrate one year of yellow turbans! I'll be online throughout the day to give away prizes and poe to our members to commemorate our birthday. We shall have tourneys for crew championship too!

Your Captain has been feeling sickly lately but don�t worry. We shall be partying it up on the 31st, the one year anniversary of the formation of this crew! There will be 4, yes FOUR, crew-only tournaments, giving away over 100,000 poe! First tournament will be at 10am game time, second 3pm, third 7pm and fourth and last tourney at 12pm midnight! The winners of all 4 tourneys will face off in championship tourney to crown October�s crew champion! At a time which they can all agree upon.

Know your Yellow Turban history

The crew championship has never been sucessfully defended nor has it been won twice by any one pirate. It has gone from Saradomin aka "Eagle" to Tobrino to Drunkenfist to Sefu and now to Elfin.

Congrats to Elfin, August's Crew Champion and thanks to all who came out to enjoy our company and partake in the fun! Over 75k PoE in prizes given out!

a party for crew members only featuring tournaments to give away PoE, other puzzle challenges and other prizes and lastly a SF tournament to crown a crew champion who shall be awarded the title of swordfighter and whose portait shall be taken so it may be placed in the Yellow Turbans hall of fame. (which will be placed in the Estate we're hoping to get soon.)

Well it was really close. We lost Caravanserai by 10 minutes. But on the plus side we did win our first contested round, twice! Thanks to all who participated.

Thanks to all that came out and helped us sit on flags for three hours. We now have won our first island!

To the future

So we didn't take Blackthorpe, but we did have a blast. Time to look to the future and see how we can learn from this. Also we need to have a royalty meeting and define our flag's philosophy and work out some rules. We should also have another Turban's party. Let's say Wednesday the 22nd 8pm PST. Crew championship on the line, much PoE to be won =)

Yes it was Tobrino who walked away with the prize of 10 doubloons and the title of crew champion, as well as stopped my 2+ tourney winning streak! Congrats to him and thanks to all that came out. I hope you had half as much fun as I did.
