relajate baby! Mandrake's on the case

So yeah our weekly TV nights have been rocking this last month with the return of the Closer (last couple episodes back to their usual great form) and a little something I like to call Mandrake. It's a presentation of HBO Ole and not really covered much on their English stations but it's subtitled and I'm here to tell you it's great fun. Mandrake is a lawyer who specializes in handling blackmail and extortion cases, usually not in court. He's a different kind of lawyer, he's from the streets and he's the last guy you want to mess with or maybe at least if you were also a lawyer. So if handling blackmail wasn't sexy enough, which it usually is since what else do you blackmail folks over if not infidelity and le passion? Mandrake also happens to be the Brazilian version of Steve McQueen and lives on Copacabana beach where he runs into sexy problems of his own.
